Sell on Douglas. As a partner, shipping from your warehouse.
Douglas takes brands into its range in two ways: as a classic supplier or via the partner programme, in which you ship to customers yourself. Here you can see what Douglas requires for the application and how your items get there from your system.
Two routes into the Douglas range
For merchants and manufacturers who want to keep their warehouse and their shipping, the partner programme is the right route. That is what this page is about.
- Direct listing: you deliver to the Douglas warehouse as a B2B delivery, duty and tax paid (DDP).
- Partner programme: you sell via Douglas and ship to end customers yourself (drop shipment, B2C), from a warehouse inside or outside the EU.

What Douglas requires for the application
- Details of the company, the business model (for example manufacturer, brand distribution or private label or OEM manufacturer) and the country of the registered office.
- Brand, website, category, number of items (SKU), unique selling point and desired countries.
- Categories according to the form: fragrance, skincare, make-up, haircare, beauty accessories, electrical appliances, dietary supplements, health and wellbeing, mother and child.
- Confirmation that all products are registered in the European Economic Area and approved for sale.
- A brand presentation and a fully completed brand one-pager in the Douglas template. According to Douglas, a request without a complete one-pager will not be considered.

What the partner programme costs
Douglas does not state fees and commissions on the application page. You learn the conditions directly from Douglas during the application process. These fees belong to Douglas; they are not part of X-Sitter MARKETS.
What counts in the integration
Douglas gives no information on the technical integration on the application page; it is agreed with Douglas after admission. Because you ship yourself in the partner programme, stock and price must in any case be synchronised continuously and orders must reach your warehouse without delay. For beauty items, this includes variants such as shade or fill quantity, EAN, ingredients and good images.
Douglas and other channels from one data source
With X-Sitter MARKETS, Douglas runs from the same item data maintenance as Amazon, Otto, Kaufland and the other channels on the channel list, which in health and beauty also include Shop-Apotheke and DocMorris. MARKETS runs directly on your ERP, your inventory management or your shop. On request, we take care of setup and operation: Have marketplaces connected.
