It is not because of your warehouse. Merchants compare what they see. As long as they only see space and picks, they compare the price.

What changes

  • Your portal, your logo. Your merchants see stock, orders and returns live. In your interface, so your merchant sees you as a tech partner and not as a warehouse.
  • Price and start date within three working days. For every system a merchant brings along. Including the ones you do not know yet.
  • Additional services per merchant. Portal and reporting are included in the package, product data and forecasts come as add-on modules. You can charge for all of it, every month, at your prices.
  • See errors before the merchant calls. Error detection reports unusual orders and stock levels.
  • Your merchants only see you. X-Sitter has no contract with them and quotes them no price.

Your product on it

Four offers that fulfillers provide on their platform under their own name. You set the prices.

  • Live portal and monthly report. As a fixed flat fee per merchant. The portal is then no longer a cost centre.
  • Marketplace service. “We bring your goods to OTTO, Kaufland and Amazon.” Integration from the catalogue, operation under your name. More about X-Sitter MARKETS.
  • Product data for all channels. Item data, images and variants maintained centrally and published to shop and marketplaces.
  • Your speciality with its own portal. Bonded warehouse, chilled goods, dangerous goods: what you do particularly well gets its own service page in your portal.
