How we calculate

Only orders and returns are counted.An order with forty lines is one transaction. Stock synchronisations and goods receipts never count.
Connected means active.A customer who only logs in to the portal is not a connected system.
Growth with a cap.In no month does your invoice exceed the price of the next higher tier. A tier change is announced and agreed, never charged retroactively.
Integrations at a fixed price.Every new system has a one-off price according to its class and a fixed delivery time, systems from the catalogue five working days. You know the price before any costs arise.
The second one shares the cost.If another customer uses a new integration that you paid for, you get a quarter of the one-off price back.
The same prices for everyone.There are no discounts hidden in a line item that someone else pays more for.
Your prices stay yours.You decide what you charge your customers. X-Sitter does not publish end customer prices.
No contract that renews itself.Twelve months, then cancellable monthly with three months’ notice to the end of the month.
24-month price guarantee.The monthly fee and unit prices remain unchanged during this period.
Your data belongs to you.When the contract ends, you receive master and transaction data at no charge in a common format.
Operation included.Updates, hosting in the EU and support on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 are included in the monthly fee.

Frequently asked questions

We do not build a project, we configure a system. The platform is already in place, integrations come from a catalogue, warehouse and customer structures are configured, not developed.

The shared first year is the reason there is no setup fee. After that, the contract can be cancelled monthly and does not renew automatically.

Your invoice has a cap. If it applies three months in a row, we talk about the next tier.
