Sell on MediaMarkt and Saturn. One marketplace, two shops.
The MediaMarktSaturn marketplace publishes your offers on mediamarkt.de and saturn.de and now runs in most of the group's countries. Here you can see how registration works and how your items get there from your system.
What the MediaMarktSaturn marketplace is
- According to MediaMarkt, merchants reach more than 21 million potential customers via the marketplace on two online shops in Germany with over 65 million unique visits a month.
- In August 2025, the marketplace had been rolled out in Germany, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy.
- In the second quarter of 2025/26, Switzerland was added. According to CECONOMY, the marketplace thus covers the countries that account for around 98% of the group's revenue. Over 2,600 sellers with around 4.0 million products were reported.

How registration works
MediaMarkt describes four steps that together should take less than two weeks:
- Registration: create a shop in the marketplace back end.
- Verification: enter bank details and verify them with the payment service provider.
- Product upload: upload products and offers via one of the integration routes.
- Go live: as soon as all steps are completed, the offers go live.

What the marketplace costs
MediaMarkt cites a monthly fee of 39 € net and a commission on items sold, the amount of which is not stated on the page. According to the page, there is no fee for listing products, and the contract can be cancelled at any time. You pay these fees to MediaMarktSaturn; they are not part of X-Sitter MARKETS. How items get onto the marketplace
For an electronics or household range with many technical attributes, the interface is the route without ongoing manual work: map the marketplace categories once, fill mandatory attributes and EAN from your system, and after that stock, price and orders run automatically.
- Semi-automatically via Excel or CSV templates.
- Fully automatically via the marketplace interface.
- Via integration services, a number of which MediaMarkt names on its seller page.
