Sell on ePRICE. Italy from your system.
ePRICE is an Italian online retailer with its own marketplace for business sellers. Here you can see what ePRICE requires for registration, what the item data must look like and how your range gets onto eprice.it without manual work.
What ePRICE is
ePRICE describes its marketplace as a virtual place where professional sellers present and sell their products. Sales are made in Italy. On its seller page, ePRICE cites 4 million customers a month. The range is broad; excluded are products on the list of non-permitted items and categories that ePRICE has not yet launched.

Who may sell on ePRICE
- The marketplace is open to business sellers, not private individuals.
- For registration, ePRICE requires an extract from the Italian commercial register (Visura Camerale) no older than six months, ID and tax number of the legal representative, and the bank details.
- For merchants selling on ePRICE via the International Marketplace Network (IMN): registered office in an EU member state and a VAT identification number from an EU member state.
- Customer service is in Italian, at least in writing, and exclusively via the ePRICE messaging system. Enquiries and returns must be answered within fixed deadlines.
- The seller sets shipping costs and delivery times and must keep to them. The seller issues the invoice to the customer.

How the fees are structured
ePRICE names three components: a monthly basic fee for the shop (according to ePRICE 29 euros plus VAT), a sales commission whose rate depends on the item's product group, and, for sellers in the IMN, an additional fee from the payment service provider. According to ePRICE, listing items costs nothing, and there is no notice period.
ePRICE states the commission rates differently on the Italian seller page and in the IMN FAQ. Check the rates that apply to your account directly with ePRICE. You pay these fees to ePRICE; they are not part of X-Sitter MARKETS.

How items get onto eprice.it
- Routes: ePRICE accepts items by hand in the seller area, via CSV or Excel file, via FTP, via software partners or via API keys that you generate in your own account.
- Mandatory information per item: EAN, title, description, category and at least one image. Depending on the category, further mandatory fields are added.
- Language: content must be in Italian.
- Offers for existing items: if a product is already in the ePRICE catalogue, the EAN is enough to publish your offer, according to ePRICE.
- Orders: acceptance, shipping and tracking number run through the interface. With shipment tracking, the revenue is released in the next payment run after delivery.

Technology: ePRICE runs on Mirakl
On its integrators page, ePRICE lists the Mirakl platform and Mirakl connectors as integration routes. In a 2019 Mirakl press release, ePRICE's Marketplace Product Owner is quoted. For you, this means: the integration follows the Mirakl pattern with catalogue, offers and orders. Once you have connected ePRICE properly, you can connect further Mirakl marketplaces such as Worten on the same foundation.

ePRICE and other channels from one data source
With X-Sitter MARKETS, ePRICE runs on the same item data maintenance as Amazon, Otto, Kaufland, Worten and the other channels on the channel list. Italian texts, categories and mandatory fields are mapped per channel, and your master data stays where it is. MARKETS runs directly on your ERP, your inventory management or your shop. On request, we take care of setup and operation: Have marketplaces connected.
