Sell on Allegro. From Poland to Central and Eastern Europe.
Allegro is at home in Poland and operates its own marketplaces in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. Merchants from Germany and other EU countries can register with their own company. Here you can see how that works and what your item data needs to include.
What Allegro is and where it sells
Allegro operates allegro.pl in Poland. According to the company, allegro.cz in Czechia was added in 2020, and allegro.sk in Slovakia and allegro.hu in Hungary in 2024. Allegro cites over 20 million active buyers in Central and Eastern Europe and more than 160,000 partners.
You list offers on allegro.pl and enable them for the foreign markets. On request, Allegro translates offers and buyer messages automatically, and prices appear in the local currency. For the foreign markets you need a company account: with a normal account, offers cannot be shared on other marketplaces.

Who may sell on Allegro
For companies from the European Economic Area outside Poland, Allegro describes this process:
- Create a company account via the registration form and confirm it by email.
- Confirm the bank account for payouts. A Polish account is not required, but the bank must accept payments in złoty.
- Set sales conditions for returns, complaints and shipping, then list the first offer.
- Confirm identity and company data before any money is paid out. For a German GmbH, Allegro requires a current extract from the commercial register and the articles of association. Verification documents may be no more than four months old.
- Contact with buyers and with Allegro support is possible in English; messages are translated into the buyer's language.

What Allegro costs
Allegro states that registration and account management carry no fee and merchants only pay when they sell. In most categories there is no listing fee; a commission is due on every sale. New merchants receive a welcome programme with temporary discounts. The current rates are shown in the Allegro fee calculator. Please check the current conditions directly with Allegro. You pay these fees to Allegro; they are not part of X-Sitter MARKETS.

How items get onto Allegro
Allegro offers a REST API at api.allegro.pl. Every request needs an OAuth token, access requires a registered application, and there is a separate sandbox for testing. Offers and orders, among other things, run through the interface.
The basis of every offer is the Allegro product catalogue. The most important details are GTIN (EAN), brand or manufacturer, manufacturer part number and model. GTINs are issued by the organisation GS1. Allegro uses these parameters to link an offer to the catalogue or to create a new product. Which further parameters are required depends on the category.
Allegro limits the number of offers: up to 20,000 new offers a month and at most 100,000 per account, with higher limits after individual review.

Allegro and other channels from one data source
At X-Sitter MARKETS, Allegro is one of the channels by arrangement: we connect Allegro after we have checked your seller account and your range. After that, Allegro runs on the same item data maintenance as Amazon, Otto, Kaufland and the other channels on the channel list, directly on your ERP, your inventory management or your shop. On request, we take care of setup and operation: Have marketplaces connected.
